Yes. A site visit is included in our Day‑Of package to review layouts, guest logistics, and weather plans. We can also coordinate with your venue and vendors during that time.
Absolutely. Spotlight Event Planning carries general liability insurance that meets most venue requirements. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance.
It depends on the task. Our package is comprehensive, and many items are already included. If it’s outside scope, we may be able to add it for an additional fee. Let’s discuss.
